Destination briefing

Why travelers stop here

Montmartre Park is a park located above Seorae Village. Near the park is Seorae Village, where many French people reside, which led to the park being named Montmartre Park. Montmartre Park is a park full of art and romance, as its name suggests. Although it is not large in scale, the park is filled with poems left by French poets and sculptural artworks. You can also see busts of representative artists who worked in France, such as Vincent van Gogh, Paul Gauguin, and Pablo Picasso. In addition, there is Lee Mi-ja's Garden, a memorial space for the famous popular singer Lee Mi-ja, and playground facilities, making it a great place to enjoy a picnic with children. At the end of Montmartre Park, there is a Nuwe Bridge that connects to Seoripul Neighborhood Park. You can cross the Nuwe Bridge and enjoy a walk to Seoripul Neighborhood Park, where you can see various flowers depending on the season.
