The company aggregates the user's mobile GPS reception data, cell ID values, and public Wi-Fi data sources to provide the following location-based services to the user's smartphone device, and the basic offering is free of charge.
However, data communication charges incurred by each mobile carrier when using wireless data networks are billed separately solely by the carrier in accordance with the member's subscribed telecommunications policy.
For the purpose of providing services such as ensuring a successful meeting with the assigned driver-guide, the company may transmit the user's recent location information, with prior consent, to dispatch-related local partners.
When the company provides personal location information to a third party designated by the user, it will immediately and automatically notify, via push notification or similar means, the communications terminal device (smartphone) from which the personal location information was collected of the recipient, the time of provision, and the purpose of provision each time.
However, only in the following cases may the company provide notice via the member's pre-registered email (such as info@holidaykr.com) or in writing.
The user may withdraw, at any time, all or part of their consent to the collection and provision of personal location information. When the member withdraws consent, the company will promptly and securely dispose of the location information and related transaction verification materials.
The user may freely request the real-time temporary suspension of location data collection, and the company may not refuse such a request. To protect users' rights and to compare consultation records in the event of disputes, the company automatically records proof-of-use materials in the system and retains them for six months.
The company places the highest value on protecting the life or body of transportation-vulnerable persons such as children aged 8 or under, persons under adult guardianship, and persons with severe disabilities. When their guardian prepares a written consent form and consents to the collection of location information, the company fully recognizes the guardian’s right to substitute for the data subject’s direct signature.
The written consent must include the personal information of the transportation-vulnerable person, the guardian’s contact information, and the date (year, month, day).
