Gamoegol Rural Experience Village retains the generous and warm-hearted rural spirit. Visitors can experience various programs that allow them to see, hear, and enjoy rural life. The experience village consists of three villages: Todam right below Gwangjesan Mountain, Eomokjeong below it, and Sotaegol beyond Deoksiljae. Located directly south of Gwangjesan Mountain, the area has many place names with the character 'deok' (virtue), such as Deokjae and Deoksal, which are interpreted as meaning widely saving through virtue, derived from Gwangjesan Mountain. The Green Rural Experience Village and Farm Stay Village are linked together, allowing visitors to engage in rural experience activities and also stay overnight.
