Hansaengyeon Life Science Museum

Hansaengyeon Life Science Museum is Korea's first life science museum, opened in April 2006 to expand the base of scientific culture and specialize in life sciences. It is a place where visitors can engage in experience-based learning about life sciences. Since its opening, it has presented various experimental exhibitions, experiences, educational programs, and events to the public, aiming to become a life science museum in the city on a small scale and in the world on a large scale. Hansaengyeon Life Science Museum aims not only to provide a correct understanding of the human body, animals, plants, insects, and microorganisms but also to scientifically explore genes and life phenomena using advanced experimental equipment. This museum possesses and develops a wealth of content to become a museum where experience-centered viewing, rather than just visual observation, can take place.
