The building was designed by Choi Si-young, CEO of Living Axis, who also designed the Tower Palace, the Federation of Korean Industries Hall, and All the Mornings of the World. Art Space Su-aenyo is his first cultural space.
The first floor, Su-aenyo Cafe, is a space combining a performance hall and a cafe. The high-quality sound system and performance lighting show that this space can transform into a new look at any time. In particular, the seats in the space, which are set half a step lower, are a trademark of this space.
