Dream Toy Land, the first of its kind among 232 autonomous districts nationwide, is available to those who are registered residents of Seoul, employees of companies located in Seoul, and whose children are up to 8 years old (based on full age) or up to 12 years old for children with disabilities, with an annual membership fee of 15,000 won per year. Rental is free. Up to 2 items per child can be rented for 14 days, with one extension of 14 days possible. Reservations can also be made for one person per toy currently being rented.
