The menu includes perilla seed dumpling soup (deulkkae ongsimi), perilla seed soybean noodle soup (deulkkae kongguksu), potato pancakes (gamjajeon), and braised chicken (dakbokkeumtang). Cooking begins upon order, so it may take some time. The restaurant uses potatoes and perilla seeds grown in Danyang, and the chewy noodles are made with mugwort grown in Gamagol. The perilla seed flavor, chewy ongsimi, and the subtly fragrant mugwort kalguksu are exceptional.
