A traditional Japanese restaurant confidently serving high-end traditional Japanese raw fish and sushi. The owner, who also serves as the head chef, left a 17-year career at a luxury hotel and opened this restaurant, claiming it to be the best traditional Japanese restaurant in Gwangju. The quality of the food was such that when former President Kim Dae-jung visited, the owner personally prepared the dishes, and the president was so impressed by the taste that he even had some packed to take home.
