Opened on June 16, 2006, it is Korea's first botanical garden specializing in wildflowers. It is a wildflower cultural space planted with a total of about 400 species of trees and wildflowers, contributing to the conservation of wildflower resources, nature learning, and academic research. The botanical garden features a comprehensive exhibition hall and a glass greenhouse with one above-ground floor and one underground floor. It houses 92 species of coniferous trees including pine, 54 species of shrubs including royal azalea, and 257 species of wildflowers including pasqueflower. In addition, it offers various attractions such as the twelve-month scenery of Seongju and the twelve-month plant stories, providing diverse information and relaxation spaces.
