Destination briefing
Why travelers stop here
This village located in Hachuri, Inje, is where the clear valley of Naerincheon Stream, flowing down from Seoraksan Mountain, runs. Agricultural products such as organic rice with snails, san-gomchwi (mountain butterbur), and sorghum, cultivated below the valley where natural monuments like the Korean spotted barbel and the Manchurian trout live, have received eco-friendly certification. The Hachuri Farming Association Corporation, composed of all village residents as members, purchases the mixed grains carefully cultivated by the residents, safely mills and packages them, and sells them directly to consumers. The village's Hachuri Nature Experience School serves as a space to feel and experience life in a mountain village, and as a place for joyful and wonderful memories.
