A neighborhood park located along the stream in Dapsimni-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. It is a small but charming park with a children's playground, a pond, an octagonal pavilion, a rose tunnel, a pine tree rest area, and walking trails. There are also a basketball court and a badminton court. It is said that the park was named Gandemae Park after the native name of the old Dapsimni area's Gandemae (Jungsan) natural village, as the park was created on the site of the former Jeonmaecheong (National Tax Service).
