The mountain village experience center, situated right behind Oeamcheon Stream, is equipped with a Dolmoraengi Room (for 13 people), a Doengalmak Room, and a Myeoksi Room (for 4 people), allowing various group sizes to enjoy vacations, workshops, and MTs. The experience center is furnished with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, air conditioning, and karaoke equipment. If arranged in advance for group use, mountain village eco-experience programs can be conducted in connection with the nearby Gangdanggol Valley. To the south, along with Gangdanggol Valley, forest roads and hiking trails leading to Gwangdeoksan Mountain are well maintained, making it a great option to enjoy hiking on Gwangdeoksan Mountain. Additionally, Songak-myeon, where this place is located, is the region with the highest number of deer raised nationwide, so various deer-related products such as deer antlers and bone extract can be purchased locally. Nearby attractions include Gangdanggol Valley, Oeam Folk Village, Gwangdeoksan Mountain, and Songak Reservoir, which can be visited together.
