Gangwon Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant operated by the Namae 2-ri fishing village cooperative (No. 6) at Namae Port in Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do. It specializes in naturally caught raw fish (natural hoe). Raw fish is served only by reservation, and mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) is available for takeout only by reservation. Mulhoe can be enjoyed by customers arriving around 5 PM in the evening; after that, it may not be available due to ingredient depletion or lack of seating. Reservations must be made before business hours or during break times. The natural assorted raw fish platter features 2–3 types of seasonal fish caught that day, sliced fresh. If you make a reservation, you can enjoy firm, delicious raw fish that has been stored in the refrigerator. The mulhoe, with its well-balanced broth and seasoning, is also popular. Parking is available at the public parking lot in front of the restaurant. Ingu Beach is nearby.
