All ingredients used in the restaurant are sourced from Gangjin, making it a trustworthy establishment with over 30 years of history. The mudskipper, belonging to the goby family, feeds on phytoplankton and cannot survive in polluted waters, so it has no fishy smell and is high in protein. It is not farmed or imported, making it 100% wild-caught. Using this mudskipper as the main ingredient, the restaurant serves raw fish, soup, hot pot, and fried dishes. The most popular dish is mudskipper soup (jjangttungeo-tang), which is boiled for a long time to create a thick and rich broth. ※ Pets not allowed.
