It operates a citrus experience from August to February and runs seasonal flower farms, including pink muhly (late September to November), autumn flowers (September to November), camellia garden (December to January), and hydrangea garden (late May to early July). There are also animal experiences where you can feed alpacas, horses, and goats. Various experiential activities are available. The farm also operates a café as an ancillary facility, allowing visitors to relax and heal with a cup of tea after the experience. Nearby tourist attractions include Hamdeok Beach, Samyang Beach, and Neobeunsungi 4.3 Memorial Hall.
