Why travelers stop here
Gonggeuk Sand Coffee is a café in Busan where you can enjoy a relaxing time overlooking the sea of Gijang-gun, Busan. The café's name is unique, and according to the owner, 'Gonggeuk Sand' was created with a storytelling meaning: just as the fine and unique flavors that can form during the coffee brewing process may change even when it rains or the weather is slightly cloudy, and just as you can fall on sand but get up without injury due to the gaps between the sand, called 'gonggeuk,' the name embodies this concept. All three floors (1st to 3rd) are the café, and there are outdoor terraces and a rooftop where you can fully enjoy the ocean view. The rooftop features a mirror photo zone, which is popular. You can sit on a wooden bench with a yellow parasol, drink coffee, and look out at the sea and the red lighthouse. There is a dedicated parking lot with parking attendants for convenient parking. Songjeong Beach, with its clear seawater and silver sandy beach, and Yonggungsa Temple, famous as the temple closest to the sea, are nearby. It is a great café to take a short break after sightseeing. ※ Pets not allowed
