Gongwon Kalguksu

Located near Busan Cultural Center in Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Gongwon Kalguksu offers a simple menu including water clam soup, kalguksu (handmade noodle soup), king dumplings, bossam (boiled pork wrap), and mini bossam. It is a kalguksu restaurant where the generous portions and great taste attract many customers, resulting in long waiting times. While the kalguksu itself is delicious, the kimchi is another highlight. Served alongside the kalguksu are spicy kimchi and radish kimchi, and the combination of the kalguksu with the spicy kimchi is unique. After relocating the building next door, the parking lot behind the building was previously used, but now due to inconvenience for residents, customers must use the UN Park public parking lot across the street.
