No additives other than domestic beef bones are used, and it is boiled in a cauldron for 24 hours to create a deep flavor. The kimchi and kkakdugi (radish cubes) are also homemade and incomparably delicious compared to store-bought ones. It is an ideal place to have a hearty meal when it rains, when the weather is cold, or when you need a hangover cure.
