Located on the west side of National Route 31, about 9km south of Jangpyeong-ri in Yongpyeong-myeon, this mountain extends southwest from Baeksuksan Mountain, which is the main ridge connecting Odaesan Mountain and Gariwangsan Mountain. With an elevation of 1,173m, it lies between Baeksuksan Mountain to the east and Daemisan Mountain to the west. It is adjacent to the Geumdang Valley in the upper reaches of the Pyeongchang River, making it a good spot for water activities. There is Bonghwangdae, a 60m-high vertical cliff, and it has been said since ancient times that no birds other than the phoenix could approach this place.
