When ordering gamjatang, basic side dishes such as chili peppers, carrots, ssamjang (dipping sauce), baechu kimchi (cabbage kimchi), mu kimchi (radish kimchi), and sauce are served, along with dangmyeon (glass noodles) and sujebi (hand-torn dough). Side dishes are available at a self-service bar for additional servings. Extra menu items include various add-ons and additional bones. After finishing the gamjatang, you can order fried rice, which is stir-fried until slightly golden.
