Geumseong Naengmyeon

Geumseong Naengmyeon is a cold noodle specialty restaurant that serves refreshing noodles made with arrowroot noodles in a broth chilled with thin ice. It uses a broth directly boiled from Korean beef leg bones for its mul-naengmyeon (cold noodle soup), and offers two other varieties: bibim-naengmyeon (spicy mixed cold noodles) featuring a tangy flavor seasoned with pear, onion, and garlic, and spicy bibim-naengmyeon. The restaurant only sells these three types. Wrapping the accompanying grilled pork belly (dwaeji-bulgogi) with the savory, umami-rich noodles makes for a hearty meal. The spacious interior and high turnover rate due to the nature of the food mean waiting times are not long, and there is a parking lot next to the building, so parking is not difficult.
