Wangteo Resort

Wangteo Resort is located in Namsan-myeon, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do. It takes about 10 minutes from the Gangchon IC on the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway, heading towards Magok and the Uiam Yu In-seok Historic Site. This resort operates 24 caravans and villas against the backdrop of the Hongcheon River. There are 4 caravans for 6 people and 20 caravans for 4 people, equipped with beds, air conditioning and heating, a sink, refrigerator, TV, cooking utensils, dishes, toilet, and washbasin. There are no shower facilities inside the caravans, so guests must use the communal shower room. On the outdoor deck of the caravans, tables and chairs are provided under a Mongolian tent-style awning. The villas also have rooms available, each equipped with ondol heating, beds, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, a bathroom with shower, dining table, kitchen, and utensils, catering to guests seeking a comfortable stay. To use the barbecue facilities, guests must pay an additional fee and order a charcoal set, which includes charcoal, a grill, gloves, tongs, and instant charcoal. Visitor entry is prohibited. On-site facilities include a water ski park, swimming pool, restaurant, café, and Cheongpyeong Ferry boarding dock. Water skiing requires a separate fee.
