It is Daeseol Myeonok, a restaurant whose name alone feels refreshing. Its signature dishes are yukjeon naengmyeon and galbi-tang (short rib soup), and it is a restaurant that puts care into every bowl of food. It has also won major awards in cooking competitions. In addition to the standard mul (water) naengmyeon and bibim (mixed) naengmyeon, the mul-bibim naengmyeon, which harmoniously combines the two, is a recently popular menu item. Thin noodles are topped with Jinju-style beef yukjeon as a garnish, creating a delicate harmony with the texture of the noodles. For those who do not want noodles, there are also galbi-tang, galbi-jjim (braised short ribs), and king mandu (dumplings) with yukjeon.
