Why travelers stop here
Deokamgyo Bridge is a bridge built over a tributary that starts from the Gwangdeok Valley of Gwangdeoksan Mountain in Cheonan, flows past Gwangdeokgyo Bridge and Bosanwongyo Bridge, and is called Pungseocheon Stream. Under the bridge, there is a fishing spot that attracts many anglers, and it is also one of the open-air campsites in Cheonan. Originally developed as a park, it became known as a car camping site due to heavy use. Many camping caravans are also visible, but riverside camping during rain, long-term parking, and tent camping are prohibited. At Deokamgyo Bridge, you can walk along the Gwangdeoksan Mountain trail and enjoy fresh air. Convenience facilities include a drinking fountain and restroom. Washing dishes or laundry is prohibited at the drinking fountain, and it can only be used for drinking water.
