Dokae is a small café in Jindo-eup that sells Dokae manju shaped like the Jindo dog, a symbol of Jindo. The name Dokae is a pronunciation of 'dotgae' from Jindotgae (Jindo dog). The Dokae bread, shaped like the representative Jindo dog, is loved as a souvenir of Jindo travel. Although the space is a bit narrow, the interior is decorated with Dokae character items and cute knick-knacks such as Jindo dog photos, Dokae postcards, and holders, offering plenty to see. In addition to Dokae bread, you can also enjoy various bakery items, desserts, specialty coffee, mugwort milk tea, and Dokae milk tea.
