Jamunbak Culture Festival

The 2025 Jamunbak Culture Festival is held under the theme 'Seoul Art Twilight (The Dim Light of Art) for the Artistic Life of Seoul Citizens.' It presents a cultural and arts festival that offers artistic inspiration, akin to the dim dawn light seeping out from the outskirts of the dynamic modern city of Seoul. At the foot of Bukhansan Mountain, in harmony with beautiful nature, Jamunbak, along with Jongno-gu and Seoul City—which have led domestic art and culture—connects artists and citizens of various generations. It hosts exhibitions, performances, forums, workshops, and local exploration events that allow participants to question and propose their own artistic lives. From emerging artists pursuing new aesthetic experiments to established artists, collectors, critics, students, and the general public who form the backbone of domestic art, an autonomous and alternative art ecosystem is created throughout Jamunbak, where all can communicate together.
