Why travelers stop here
Maehwa Ssambap is a ssambap jeongsik restaurant located right in front of Gimpo Art Village near Unyang-dong Hanok Village. If you order the main menu, woereong ssambap (freshwater snail wrap rice), you can enjoy it with a generous assortment of wrap vegetables, various side dishes, and stir-fried pork. In particular, the stir-fried pork can be refilled continuously, so those who love meat can eat as much as they like. The ssambap jeongsik comes with soy sauce marinated shrimp, fried fish, woereong ssamjang (freshwater snail dipping sauce), doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), and dolsotbap (stone pot rice) served in a full table setting. Pork cutlet for children can also be ordered. The woereong ssamjang is packed with freshwater snails and made with ground nuts, tofu, and aged ssamjang, giving it a savory and deep flavor. Side dishes are sold on the first floor, so you can purchase them. ※ Pets not allowed (guide dogs are permitted).
