Myeongseo Milmyeon is a milmyeon (cold noodle) restaurant with a 30-year tradition, located at the corner of Myeongseo Traditional Market. It is a certified 'Ansim Restaurant' by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. For reference, an Ansim Restaurant is a certified eatery that provides utensils for sharing food, manages cutlery hygienically, and requires staff to wear masks, and is certified by the local government. As it has been featured in various media, there is often a long waiting line even on regular days. A small wooden bench is placed outside the restaurant, allowing guests to enjoy milmyeon outdoors. The menu consists only of water milmyeon, spicy mixed milmyeon, and dumplings. During the off-season (October to February), it is open only until 7 PM. It is close to Palyong Miseong Plaza, Changwon Bus Terminal, and Sinchangwon Station. ※ Pets not allowed
