Destination briefing
Why travelers stop here
Located at the eastern end of Namhae, Mulgeon Beach is a crescent-shaped beautiful beach made of rounded pebbles. A breakwater is installed in front of the beach, keeping the waves calm and making it a good place for swimming. However, as it is not an officially designated beach by Namhae County, safety facilities are not provided. Mulgeon Beach is more famous for the windbreak forest (Bango Eoburim) created along the coastline, attracting many tourists. On the hill behind the beach, there is a German Village, making it a good place to visit together with the windbreak forest. At Mulgeon Port, there is also the Namhae County Yacht School where visitors can experience yachting.
