Destination briefing
Why travelers stop here
Also known as Ansim Lotus Garden, it is the largest lotus garden in Korea, located along the Geumho River. The period from July to August, when the lotus flowers begin to bloom, is especially worth seeing. There are four walking trails totaling about 13 km: the Ganamji Course, Jeomsaenup Course, Ansim Wetland Course, and Cheoncheon Dulle-gil Course. It takes about 3 hours to explore all of them. There are pavilions to rest and observation decks to view the entire landscape. As it is not a developed park, areas other than the observation decks and walking trails are lotus production farmland.
