Bae Jonggwan Dongnae Samgyetang

Bae Jonggwan Dongnae Samgyetang is a samgyetang specialty restaurant with over 40 years of tradition. It offers royal court medicinal samgyetang, carefully simmered with seven herbal ingredients—deer antler, astragalus, angelica root, pine nuts, chestnuts, goji berries, and jujubes—as well as the popular Dongnae samgyetang. Unlike other places, tender chicken and rich broth are topped with seasoned scallions, and the subtle scallion aroma is excellent. Fresh kimchi, well-fermented cubed radish kimchi, and dongchimi (radish water kimchi) are served. The glutinous rice, fully infused with the healthy flavor of samgyetang, is also generously included.
