Why travelers stop here
Naggojae Culture Lounge, meaning 'house of the beloved family,' is a new Korean cultural experience space within Naggojae. It was established with the hope that visitors would enjoy Korea's unique culture in a home filled with love and happiness. Selected as an excellent hanok by Seoul City in 2019, Naggojae Culture Lounge is a space where one can enjoy Korea's food culture and antiques, reinterpreting the sarangbang (men's quarters) of the Joseon Dynasty. Through reservation-based programs such as Korean tea classes, traditional liquor tasting, Korean cooking classes, gayageum performances, and art programs, visitors can experience the uniqueness of Korean culture. Additionally, the space is available for rent to host various events such as small weddings, first birthday photo shoots, corporate events, and performances.
