Culture Station Seoul 284

Culture Station Seoul 284 is a multi-cultural space created by restoring the original form of the old Seoul Station, which was a major stage in Korea's modern and contemporary history and a gateway for transportation and exchange. As a platform for creation and exchange of culture and arts, it hosts various programs such as exhibitions, performances, and workshops. Starting as Namdaemun Station in 1900, it became Gyeongseong Station and then Seoul Station, before the old station was closed in 2004 and transformed into a new space. The exterior of the building is a restoration of Gyeongseong Station from 1925. With its exotic European Renaissance-style appearance, it gained popularity for its red brick, granite floor, artificial stone walls, and birch wood floor.
