Why travelers stop here
Nodeulnaru Park, located in Noryangjin, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, is a neighborhood park that was formerly called Noryangjin Reservoir Park and has now been renamed Nodeulnaru Park. It features a floor fountain, an outdoor stage, and various exercise facilities. Along with green lawns, there is a rose plaza and several walking trails. You can see the memorial stele for the fallen soldiers of the Han River Defense Line battle, which blocked the North Korean army's crossing of the Han River for six days immediately after the fall of Seoul in the early stages of the Korean War. The futsal court and foot volleyball court adjacent to the park can be used after reservation through the Seoul Public Service Reservation system. Nodeulnaru Park is also a famous spot for viewing fireworks during the Yeouido Fireworks Festival.
