Jeongdok Library is a municipal public library in Seoul, opened in January 1977 on the site of the former Gyeonggi High School in Bukchon, Jongno-gu, Seoul. It holds approximately 490,000 volumes of books and over 16,300 non-book materials, and its affiliated Seoul Education Museum houses about 12,000 educational artifacts. In addition to book lending, reading rooms, and resource rooms, it operates cultural programs such as monthly author talks, photo exhibitions, book clubs, puppet shows, concerts, and dance performances. In spring, cherry blossoms fully bloom around Jeongdok Library, making it a popular dating spot, and the nearby Samcheong Park hosts the Samcheong-dong Cherry Blossom Festival.
