Mekong Sky

Mekong Sky is a Vietnamese restaurant located near the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Office. The broth for Mekong Sky's rice noodles is made with 24kg of beef brisket, 8kg of beef bones and 8kg of chicken bones, 6 old chickens, lemongrass, galangal, Chinese chives, and various vegetables and medicinal herbs for 130 bowls. The beef bones and old chickens are simmered for over 15 hours, and the meat is boiled in that broth for another 3 hours or more. Since it is made with natural ingredients without using concentrates, spice mixes, or MSG commonly used in other restaurants, you can enjoy a rich broth and flavor. The noodles are made with 100% rice flour without any wheat flour, making them easy to digest and well-suited to the broth. The menu includes beef rice noodles and oxtail rice noodles made with the deeply simmered broth, as well as bun cha, which goes well with mixed rice noodles. You can add extra noodles and broth to the soup rice noodles, and enjoy a variety of Vietnamese dishes such as nasi goreng, fried dumplings, spring rolls, special rolls, and pineapple fried rice. The banh mi bread, baked fresh in the store, is a limited daily offering, making it savory and delicious.
