MieO Tokyo Dining

MieO Tokyo Dining is located in Seongsu-dong with a theme of authentic Japanese Western-style cuisine. 'MieO' is also the name of the owner chef, but in Korean it means 'my own.' All dishes are made based on recipes the chef acquired during 30 years of life in Tokyo, focusing on authentic Japanese hamburg steak and chicken steak. Various sauces such as demi-glace sauce and Wafu sauce are handmade. Meals are served as a basic gozen (set meal with main dish, rice, soup, salad, and dessert). Additionally, ingredients are carefully selected from each region and only the amount needed for daily use is prepared.
