This is a neighborhood park located in front of the Han River Grande Officetel at the intersection adjacent to the northern end of Wonhyo Bridge in Ichon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It is a park where visitors can relax with nature. Walking paths, acupressure paths, badminton courts, and drinking fountains are installed, making it good for walking and exercise. Two pavilions and benches are provided for resting, and between May and September, a ground fountain operates, offering a comfortable resting place for visitors. In 2024, a walking path environmental improvement project was carried out, creating a 'barefoot walking yellow soil path'.
