Gangchon Suspension Bridge Park

The official name of the suspension bridge is Deungseon Bridge. The suspension bridge is a pedestrian-only tourist bridge, 2 meters wide and 58 meters long. At both ends of the suspension bridge, there are Memory Square and a park. Memory Square displays old photos of the Gangchon Suspension Bridge and sculptures symbolizing the revival of Gangchon's past prosperity, which was once crowded with college students. While strolling through Gangchon Suspension Bridge Park, it is not a bad idea to walk while listening to songs that evoke your own memories. Moreover, if you walk with a loved one, chatting about old stories, you will find yourself having already crossed the bridge. It is also enjoyable to compare how the old suspension bridge differs from the current one and how the surrounding scenery has changed.
